S. David Miller, MD graduated from the University of Florida and received his MD from Far Eastern University. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from the University of Medicine/Dentistry in New Jersey. His Allergy/Immunology fellowship was completed at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital. He has practiced at Allergy Associates since 1991, is the Medical Director of NEMRA and has been involved in clinical research for the past 14 years. He has been the Department chairman of Allergy/Immunology at St. Luke’s Hospital New Bedford, MA and Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Brown University. Dr. Miller is both certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy Immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
